No frying foods even with olive oil,all fruit allowed, Rice and Ramen Noodles are okay, No Cheese,No products with sugar,corn syrup,high fructose corn syrup, no type of artificial sweeteners, Only fruit juices, 100% fruit juices, no ketchup, all meats except*** pork is allowed,no cakes,cookies,no type of desserts or sweets at all, no pizza,grilled food is allowed,no butter,all vegetables and fruits are allowed of any kind and may be consumed as much as one desires, milk is allowed, oatmeal allowed with honey as a sweetener, honey must not be used but with oatmeal only and not excess honey, not to the point where it is saturated in honey,no fried foods whatsoever,no spaghetti,no sodas, no cereal,no candy…just to make it clear,no salad dressings, salads can be eaten lightly seansoned with salt,also…check seasonings…that they dont have sugars of any kind in them,no sugar is allowed in the products consumed.
