Go to the grocery store and get a box of Sure-Jell. There are a number of recipes in the box for both jam and jelly. When I make jelly, I use the juice instead of the pulp. How does passion fruit jelly sound, Kiwi jam. I make the freezer jelly. There is no cooking involved. It only takes about 30 minutes and is excellent. You just store the jelly in the freezer in plastic containers. I freeze them in jelly jars. The jelly is a soft set. The jelly doesn’t expand when it freezes and won’t break the jars. I’ve been doing this for 3 years now and haven’t had a jar break yet.
What about apple butter? Easy to make and tastes great!
